ORDER CANCELLATION

MISSING ITEMS

Items must be checked on arrival as soon as they are received. If any items are missing, they must be reported within 2 working days (Mon-Fri) after they have been delivered. You can report missing items by one of the contact options from Contact us page.

RETURNS

We accept returns of items that are:

It’s clients responsibility to pack and ship the item and cover the initial return cost. Return cost may be refunded if the returned items are in poor quality.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We shall not accept used products or those sent in an unsuitable condition.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of confirmation.

RETURN PROCESS

  3. Securely wrap and ship the package to Red Bee address, which you can find below.

We shall not accept returns sent poorly packaged or in an unsuitable condition.

When returning items you are recommended to keep proof of posting. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (7) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed on our end.
